Lauren has been with the firm since late 2012. Her focus of practice includes:

Lauren commenced her legal career with a civil court clerkship for the Honorable Edward M. Oles. After her clerkship, Lauren’s practice included all aspects of government affairs counseling and litigation, representing large public entities such as the County of Ocean, Ocean County College and various boards of education.

During her tenure as an attorney for the County of Ocean, Lauren exclusively represented the Ocean County Agriculture Board for nearly a decade, gaining vast experience in all facets of New Jersey Farm law including the Right to Farm Act, the Farmland Preservation Program, Farmland Assessment, SSAMPs and litigation involving the State Agriculture Development Board.

Lauren also focuses her practice on representing borrowers and commercial lenders in loan transactions. She has experience in real estate secured lending, construction lending and commercial lending. The firm has experience in representing local and national banks. Her primary focus is representing borrowers and lenders in all SBA Loan Programs. In addition, Lauren has experience in representing businesses seeking assistance in foreclosure and procurement of new financing.

Lauren resides in Brick with her husband, Kevin, and their two children.
