In real estate law and construction defects, it is wise to attempt to settle the matter through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. This is a more efficient manner of problem solving. It is not uncommon, however, for negotiations to break down, forcing courtroom litigation.  When litigation is necessary, we won’t hesitate to take it to court. The object of our litigation practice is to obtain the best possible resolution of a dispute with the least expenditure of resources.

We’ll stand in front of a judge and a jury and we’ll use our experience to formulate an argument that will convince them to provide an outcome that is in your favor.
